ENROLLMENT CONTRACT
ROV PILOT COURSE ENROLLMENT CONTRACT is entered into BY AND BETWEEN: Bonifacio Srl, (Tax code 06053911001) with registered office in ROMA (RM) Piazza Vettore, 11, hereinafter called "training institute", represented by the prosecutor: Fabrizio Pardi, born in Roma (RM) on 30.12.1963, domiciled for the office to the registered office of the Company, AND: Name _______________surname ____________, born in ___________ State______________ on ______________ (DD/MM/YYYY), tax code____________________________ City of domicile_________________ Address _______________ ZIP Code__________, hereinafter called "Student" Training institute and the Student each a "Party" and together the "Parties" agree as follows: General Considerations Bonifacio Srl is a training institute and IMCA Remote Systems & ROV Division member. The ROV (Remotely Operated Vehicle) Pilot course is organized by Bonifacio S.r.l. and the course meets the IMCA (International Marine Contractors Association) standards and ensures the competence for this position: ROV Pilot/Tecnician Grade II. Article 1 - The value of the general considerations The general consideration are an integral part of this writing. Article 2 - Object Object of this agreement is the supply of training services, and especially the offer of a vocational training for the figure of ROV Pilot/Technician Grade II, as provided for the IMCA standards. Article 3 - Educational program The educational program provides 20 modules and lasts from 120 hours to 130 hours. The contents of the educational program are published on the website www.innmare.it/rov. Article 4 - Timetable of the course The teaching activity willsplit in 6/8 hours a day for 15 days. Classes take place from Monday to Saturday (6 days per week) for 3 consecutive weeks. The calendar will be available from the first day of the course and any changes will be promptly communicated to students. Article 5 - Program and timetable changes Bonifacio S.r.l. reserves, in its sole discretion and without prior notice to the student, the right to change the meaning of Article 3 and 4, in accordance with any variations that may be necessary to improve the quality of the training, its organizational needs and any new IMCA standards. Article 6 - Location The course take places in La Maddalena Island (Olbia - Sardinia), both theory than practical lessons. Article 7 - Equipment The total cost of the course includes all the equipment necessary to accomplish the course activities. Article 8 - Examination The course includes the overall examination set by Bonifacio Srl and the issue of the IMCA competence LOG-BOOKS and any subsequent amendments. The students who pass the examination will be awarded a certificate by Bonifacio Srl. Article 9 - Prices The course costs € 5000.00 (VAT 20% included). Each student will have to pay a minimum deposit of EUR 1000.00 (VAT included) to be enrolled, and have to pay the balance by the starting date of the course. Article 10 - The period of the course The course will begin _____________and presumably end _____. Each student is subject to a compulsory attendance. Article 11 - Student withdrawal The student has the right to withdraw from enrollment, and a right to obtain the full refund of the deposit paid, if the course start date specified in the Article 10 will be postponed at least 30 calendar days. In such circumstances, the student has to write a Notice of Cancellation to the training institute no later than 10 days after the publication of any new commencement date of the course on the website www.innmare.it In the event, the course must be canceled for any reason, the student has a right to obtain the full reimbursement of the payments. If the student chooses to leave the course for any reason, the student will not receive any refund from the training institution. Article 12 - Absences The highest percentage of hours of absence allowed is the 10%. Exceeded this limit, the student loses the right to make the final examination, without being able to claim anything against the Bonifacio Srl, and will not receive any refund of the payment done. Article 13 - Scholarship If the course has at least 10 students, Bonifacio S.r.l. will provides a scholarship of € 3000, which will be assigned to the best student according to the overall examination grade, which is out of 100. Article 14 - Expulsion from the course Because of the occupational hazards in the workplace related to the ROV piloting activities, equipment and substances that require caution and codified procedures (ex Law 626/94), a student can be expelled from the course and cannot claim any refund of the amounts paid in case of serious lack of discipline against the teaching staff and/or the management of the course, or facts that put in danger the student or other students and teachers, that is the use of drugs or abuse of alcohol. Article 15 - Jurisdiction The court of Rome shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes relating to the terms and conditions mentioned above.

Bonifacio Srl will not sell, share or hire out your personally identifiable information to anyone, except to: 1) member companies who work on behalf of Bonifacio Srl to provide a service to you 2) to public institutions, Social Insurance Institutions for any charges 3) to Bonifacio Srl staff (teachers, tutors, coordinators, secretarial staff) to provide the course.
